Beverley Moss-Morris is a Clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the NHS, as well as working in private practice. She has worked in a range of settings with adults, including a specialist therapies service, personality disorder service, community teams, hospitals and a GP surgery. She has been involved in developing and leading services in these settings.
Following her professional qualification, she has undertaken further courses in psychotherapy, trauma and group psychotherapy, and training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mentalization based therapy (MBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
In her work Beverley draws on a number of therapeutic approaches including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, MBT, EMDR, the recovery model and an understanding of group processes.
Special interests include depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, personality disorder, anxiety and work-related stress, couples work and group therapy.
